Raspberry Razzledazzle Mocktail

A Tasty Raspberry Drink

Raspberry Mocktail

Raspberries are one of my favorite berries. They’re delicious, but they’re equally delicate. And, they can honestly be a little bit difficult to cook (and keep their integrity) with because they’re so fragile. But not to worry, we’re going to smush them up and use them in a mocktail!

For this mocktail we’re going to the raspberries. I don’t mind the raspberry seeds, however if you do, you can alway strain the raspberry mixture or use a simple syrup made from fruit, sugar and water.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup fresh raspberries

1 tbsp agave

1 Tbsp Absolutely Gorgeous Skin Loving Tea

Sparkling Water of Your Choice

Directions:

  • Start by brewing your tea. For 1 quart of tea, use about 1 tbsp of tea leaves. Brew your tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  • If you want to add agave, add it to the warm tea or to the fruit.
  • Smush the raspberries with the back of a spoon, or use a muddler if you have one.
  • Fill a separate clean jar 1/2 high with tea, add the berries and top with sparkling water.
  • Add mint for a tasty garnish.
