A few weeks ago I had a few people over to my house. And I’ll be honest, I knew I wanted to make something easy, but I had no idea. Then suddenly it came to me…. everything that I love in a dish. Apples, gooey cheese, yummy jam and salty prosciutto.
This appetizer was not only delicious, but so incredibly easy to make. This is the perfect dish for your pickiest of family members and friends.
The secret to this puff pastry is in the prosciutto. I like to cook the puff pastry for a few minutes. Then, remove from the oven and add the prosciutto to the top of the puff pastry. Let the puff pastry brown (10 to 15 minutes at most.)
