Confidence tea is perfect for when you’re feeling wobbly. It’s a reminder that you’re awesome, you can do anything, you can achieve your goals. This mocktail is made with blueberry syrup, fresh thyme, and confidence tea.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of brewed confidence tea

  • Blueberry Syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 bundle of thyme

Directions

  • Brew the confidence tea. Start with 2-3 tsp of tea. Brew it using a tea carafe or metal strainer. Cover the tea with water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea strainer. Let cool.
  • Make the blueberry syrup by adding 1 cup of blueberries and 2 tbsp of sugar to a pot with 1/2 of water. Let the berries come to a simmer.
  • Add fresh thyme and let simmer until the thyme falls off of the stems. Turn off the heat and remove the thyme stems from the blueberry mixture. Let cool. Then strain the mixture, removing the last bits of blueberry from the liquid.
  • Once both mixtures are cool, it's time to combine. Add 1 part bluberry mixture and 1 part comfot tea. Mix well and top with a fresh mint sprig.
